To complete your order, add products to your bag and then check out using the Shopping Cart in the top right. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to your selected e-mail address. To ensure your order is processed quickly and efficiently please make sure your details are valid and correct.

We aim to make sure the website is as up to date as possible and accurately shows the availability of our products. In some cases an item may be more popular than expected and sell out. If an order is received with an out of stock item you will be informed – you can either choose to have a refund, or you can choose for us to order the item for you, (we will inform you of how long this would take).

Payments are made using Paypal. During checkout you will be redirected to Paypal where you can either log-in to your account (if you have one) or continue with the payment without logging in.

Between December 8th and December 22nd we ship via Special Delivery.

We can ship Worldwide.

All orders to U.K. addresses are charged at £2.50. Standard Delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail. Orders require a signature on delivery.

Orders to addresses in the EU are charged at £10.00 and orders to the rest of world are charged at £15.00. You’re very welcome to contact us before placing the order for a more accurate shipping quote. International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service. Delivery time varies on destination.

Cookie West is not responsible for payment of import duties or other local taxes that International orders may be subject to. Any local taxes or duties will be paid by the receiver.

For items that are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch them out within 2 working days of your order being placed / payment being received. You will be emailed to inform you when your package has been dispatched. From this point your delivery will take 3-4 working days (for UK orders).

You may cancel your order at any time. If you cancel your order prior to dispatch your payment method will be refunded in full. If you cancel your order after dispatch you will be required to return any products sent to you. The products must be returned in perfect condition.

We are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on all Cookie West orders, if returned within 14 days of receipt or 21 days for International orders. Items will only be accepted if they are returned to us in the original condition you received them, unworn, un-washed and with all the tags attached*.

*With the exception of items purchased for a gift; if you need to remove the tags to wrap the items as a gift, please keep the tags safe and return them to us with the items. Each item must have its original tag for the item to be refunded.

Package the items to be returned in the returns packaging provided, including the completed returns form. Please cut out the Sender Address label on the returns form and attach it to your package. Please take your package to the Post Office and send it back to us via Registered Post. You will need to retain your receipt and you will also need to obtain a proof of posting, as Cookiewest.com cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit to us.

If you would like to re-order the item(s) in a different size or colour please indicate this on your returns form. We will email you to arrange your re-order and to take payment (if necessary). Please note you will not be charged postage on any re-ordered item(s).

Once the items are received, in an acceptable condition, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email to confirm this. You will be refunded for the item(s) returned.

We take your privacy seriously, at no time will your information be made available to third parties. When ordering, Cookie West will only retain the details used to create your account. No payment information is stored on this website. We make every effort to ensure your personal information collected in the process of using Cookiewest.com is stored securely and lawfully.

By creating an account on Cookiewest.com you agree to the collection and use of this information by Cookie West. You also agree that you may receive information from Cookie West at certain times.

Cookiewest.com reserves the right to update our Privacy Policy, if this occurs you will be sent notifications. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy you should not submit your personal information on the Cookie West website.
